As a Scrivens Contact Lens Optician you will fit a range of lenses that takes into account individual patient needs and work as part of an effective practice team dedicated to providing a high standard of patient care.

You will work with a well trained support team, so you can concentrate fully on fitting and caring for patients. Reporting directly to Scrivens Contact Lens Manager, you are also encouraged to give feedback which will further help to develop our patient services. We recognise how important it is to involve you in the running of practice contact lens services, so you know who to contact if problems arise and to contribute to your job satisfaction through participation in setting plans for the future.
Continuing training and development are provided to enable you to keep up to date, because, combined with our personal approach, it is the knowledge and skill displayed by our contact lens opticians which ensure patient loyalty. Most of our contact lens opticians work at more than one practice, so experience is varied, challenging and rewarding.
